This feature allows you to Block unwanted Contact on your account.

Block a Contact in Inbox

Select the Contact/Conversation you want to Block >> Click on Menu >> Select Block Contact.

Block a Contact In Flow Builder

Select Action >> Inbox >> Block Contact.
