Pipeline is a powerful CRM feature within Chatrace that expertly facilitates the management and nurturing of contacts/opportunities. Its streamlined interface empowers businesses to effectively handle customer relationships, positioning itself as a robust alternative to other CRM systems.

Getting Started

  • Accessing the Pipeline
    To access Pipeline, log in to your Chatrace account and click on Pipeline on the navigation menu.
  • User Roles/Permissions
    After creating your Pipeline, you control which admins have access to it. Note that super admins have full access to all pipelines.

Creating & managing Pipeline stages

With our easy-to-use interface, you can easily create a stage that best suits your automation/workflow.

Managing contacts/opportunities on the Pipeline

  • Adding Contacts/Opportunities to Pipeline
    – Click on the “Add New” button within the Pipeline.
    – Input the necessary information that defines the contact/opportunity
    – Click “Save” to add the contact to the pipeline.
  • Moving Contacts/Opportunities between Stages
    – Click on the lead you wish to move.
    – Drag the lead to the desired stage in the pipeline.
    – Release the mouse button to drop it in the new stage

    Our intuitive drag-and-drop interface simplifies the process of managing leads. Each stage in the pipeline is visually represented, allowing users to organize leads seamlessly.

Automation Capabilities

You can trigger automation when an opportunity or ticket is created, its value changed, or it is moved from one stage to another. Please refer to the screenshot below to understand the available triggers. You can perform any actions based on these triggers.
