Google Gemini allows businesses to improve customer service while drastically saving costs and human resources.

Connect Google Gemini to Chatrace

1 – Get your Gemini API Key HERE.

2 – Go to Chatrace > Settings > Integrations > Google Gemini

3 – Click the Connect button and provide your API KEY.

Disable automatically triggering Gemini

Every time a user sends a message to your chatbot, your chatbot will automatically use Gemini to respond to the user’s message. You can disable this behavior by going to Settings -> Integrations -> Google Gemini and disabling the Automate Responses option.
