In this documentation, you will learn how to use Claude Vision to analyze images. This feature allows businesses to gain insights from images sent to their chatbot.

Key Details

  • Connect Claude in the Integration section (Settings >> Integration >> Claude)
  • In your flow, collect the image from your user and analyze the image with Claude Vision using Claude action.

  1. Connect Claude integration if you have not connected it yet. Please read this documentation
  2. Create a flow where you will collect images from your user (using Get User Data)

This powerful feature allows you to analyze an image randomly sent to your chatbot, regardless of whether you are using your own custom default reply flow or if Claude handles your default reply.
